Leftover Shepherd's Pie

Leftover Shepherd's Pie

2 cups of diced cooked lamb or beef
2 cups of leftover vegetables (peas, carrots, onions, limas, etc)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 cups of leftover gravy or canned
2 cups of mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter



Mix the lamb or beef, vegetables, seasonings and gravy in a 2 quart casserole. Top with mashed potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake in 375ºF.   oven until potato is lightly browned, 20 - 25 minutes. Serves 4 - 6
