Leftovers

Seems whenever I have a dinner party or guests over for the holidays, I always end up with a bunch of leftovers. So here are some tasty recipes, using the leftovers in your fridge.

Thanksgiving Shepherd's Pie - Great way to use leftovers from Thanksgiving Day! In a large casserole dish put on the bottom layer, the turkey in chunks. Next the gravy - stuffing, optional. Next squash, peas and top with leftover mashed potatoes. Bake in oven 350ºF.  until all warmed up.
