Leftover Quick Turkey Hash

Leftover Quick Turkey Hash

one 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed mushroom soup
one 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
3 cups of chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup of cooked peas, beans or corn
2 tablespoons of grated cheese



Empty can of condensed soup into saucepan and heat with enough milk to thin soup to sauce consistency. Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Add chopped turkey and any available cooked vegetables.
Simmer hash until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Serve hot with boiled rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4
