Leftover Chicken Casserole

Leftover Chicken Casserole

2 cups of diced cooked chicken
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of light cream
1 tablespoon of Escoffier Sauce Diable
1 package of frozen string beans, cooked and drained
2 boiled potatoes, diced
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese


Mix all ingredients except cheese thoroughly. Taste for seasonings. Put into a 2 quart casserole, top with cheese and bake in 375ºF.  oven 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4
