Super Chicken Casserole

Super Chicken Casserole

2 ounces of egg noodles
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium onion, chopped
one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup of cooked lima beans
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese



Cook noodles in lightly salted water according to package directions; drain.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Melt butter in small frying pan; sauté onion until golden brown. Combine onion with soup, milk, chicken, beans and cooked noodles. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish; top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling. Remove from oven and serve. Serves 4
