Turkey in the Corn Pudding

1 tablespoon of grated onion
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
3 eggs, well beaten
one 4 1/4 ounce can of undiluted evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups of diced leftover turkey
1 cup of whole kernel corn



Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Combine the onion, butter and seasonings with eggs; blend thoroughly. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into greased, 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Set dish in pan of warm water and bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and serve. Serves 6
