Rum Balls 2

1 pk Vanilla wafers (12-oz)
Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of  Cocoa
1 cup of Finely chopped nuts
1/2 cup of Light corn syrup
2 ounces of Dark rum (or double amount)



Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa and nuts. Mix syrup and rum. Add to wafer mixture and let stand 30 minutes. Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar. Store in airtight containers. Serving Size: 72
