One 3 ounce package of lime gelatin 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple 1/2 cup of mayonnaise One 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1/2 cup of chopped nuts One 3 ounce package of strawberry gelatin 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce |

Prepare lime Jell-O as directed. Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold in pineapple. Pour into 8" square pan. Chill until firm. Add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese mixing until well blended. Add nuts and spread over molded gelatin layer. Chill until firm. Prepare strawberry gelatin as directed and add cranberry sauce. Pour over cheese mixture. Chill until firm. Cut in squares. 1 quart of raw cranberries 3 small oranges 3 small apples #2 can crushed pineapple, drain & reserve juice 4 small boxes of boxes Jell-O, 2 red, 1 lemon, 1 orange Chopped nuts
Grind together cranberries, oranges and apples (with peeling), cover with 3 1/2 cups sugar and set aside. Dissolve Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water, add juice from pineapple and enough water to make total of 4 cups of liquid, let it stand until it is consistency of syrup. Mix nuts and pineapple into fruit mixture, add Jell-O and mix well, pour into loaf pan and refrigerate. Christmas Salad
1 bag miniature marshmallows (white) 1 can Wilderness strawberries 1 tub Cool Whip 1/2 cup of pecans 1/2 bag coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 small can pineapple tidbits
Beat milk with mixer, fold in Cool Whip. Add the remaining ingredients, one at a time. Mix slow. Let set 1 hour.
