1.Pre-Heat oven to 325.
2. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla.
4. Stir in eggs.
5. Add flour and mix.
6. Add peppermint essential oil and stir.
7. Spoon the batter into the pan.
8.Bake for 8-11 minutes.

5.Cranberry Apple French Toast
Start the day off with French Toast that features fruit.
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup any fruit juice
1 chopped apple
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted

1 drop Ginger Essential Oil
Eight slices of bread
1. Combine cranberries, juice, and apples.
2. Cook on low heat until the mixture starts to simmer.
3. Remove from heat and set aside.

6.Dip bread into the egg mixture.
7. Allow extra batter to drip off.
8. Cook each side for about 3 – 4 minutes.
9. Spoon apple mixture over the top.
